10. How to pack and ship the item?

Securely pack the item in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please include the return form and any supporting documents or photos. Download and print the return label via the link sent by email.

11. Who covers the return costs?

In case of a defective product: No fees will be charged to the customer. This applies if the product is incorrect, damaged during transport, or defective in another way.
